From NRT

By Airport Limousine Bus, you can arrive at the meeting venue, Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo, without transfer.

Each participant is encouraged to enroll in an international insurance scheme covering the entire duration of his/ her stay in Japan on his/ her own account because the host organization will not be responsible for personal accidents nor damage to the private property of participants.

Money can be exchanged at currency exchange counters located mainly at banks, post offices, hotels and airports.

Gratuities (Tipping)

Tipping is not customary in Japan. In tourist hotels, service charge is added to the bill.
