SBJ-SIAP Collaboration Seminar
- Improvement of data collection and dissemination -
Overview
The Statistics Bureau of Japan (SBJ) and the United Nations Statistical Institute for Asia and the Pacific (SIAP) will be jointly organizing a seminar on Improvement of Data Collection and Dissemination.
This seminar will be held consecutively with the SIAP Twentieth Management Seminar for the Heads of National Statistical Offices in Asia and the Pacific as part of the Management Seminar Series of the associated events for the SIAP Twenty-first session of the Governing Council.
The series are content-related; The SIAP Twentieth Management Seminar is themed on User Engagement and the Collaboration Seminar is about Improvement of data collection/dissemination.
The Collaboration seminar is to contribute towards user engagement of official statistics in Asia and the Pacific region by sharing the experience/challenge for improving of data collection and dissemination.
