1st Dispatch of Mission Team
Statistics Bureau of Japan (SBJ) dispatched the 1st mission team from 9 to 21 June, 2022. Since the program had been suspended for years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the mission team conducted demand surveys and discussions regarding future trainings with Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS). During the mission, a seminar was held to share information on status of statistical surveys as well as challenges and future plans in both Egypt and Japan. Further, SBJ observed a CAPMAS regional office in Cairo.
