The 3rd UK Statistical Delegation to Japan (May 2026)
The 3rd Statistical Delegation from the United Kingdom visited Japan from May 26 to 28, 2026.
They discussed several topics with the SBJ officials on "Social surveys," "Enterprise survey support project," "AI coding" and "Population Census."
The visit is based on the Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) between the United Kingdom Statistics Authority (UKSA) and SBJ, which was signed on May 17, 2023, to establish the basis for in depth cooperation between both sides in the area of official statistics.
