Release of "discontinuity-adjusted figures"
Released on February 8, 2019"discontinuity-adjusted figures" were retroactively recalculated with releasing the result of December 2018.
Released on March 9, 2018Revised forms of account books have been introduced to half of the sample households on January 2018, therefore results including "Change over the year" and "Contribution" in data tables might have gaps from the figures by the previous survey schedules.
To resolve this discontinuity, we have developed "discontinuity-adjusted figures", which are calculated by "Inverse-Probability-Weighting" using "propensity score", for valid comparison with results of previous years. Please note that the calculation provide tentative figures for 2018, which may be retroactively recalculated.
