Appointment Status Survey of National Public Employees in Regular Service This survey has been conducted every year since 1954 by the National Personnel Authority in order to ascertain the situation of appointment of the national public employees in regular service. The survey covers national public employees in regular service (excluding temporarily appointed employees, full-time labourers and part-time employees) on the payroll during the fiscal year. In each fiscal year, surveys are conducted on current employees as of 15 January, new hires in the fiscal year, transfers from other ministries and agencies, transfers from other salary schedules, and separations from service. The Local Government Personnel Management Survey This survey has been conducted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications based on 1 April of each fiscal year since 1975 with the aim of investigating the actual situation of numbers of local government employees and their allocation by department, etc., as well as contributing to appropriate personnel management. Strength of the In-House Groups in the House of Representatives Strength of the In-House Groups in the House of Representatives is a list of the names of the factions in the House of Representatives and the number of members belonging to each faction published by the House of Representatives. Strength of the Political Groups in the House of Councillors Strength of the Political Groups in the House of Councillors is a list of officers in the House of Councillors, the names of the factions, and the number of members belonging to each faction published by the House of Councillors. Survey on Results of House-of-Representatives General Election and Supreme Court Review Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the Public Offices Election Act states that "the Central Election Management Council must endeavour to promptly inform the electorate of the results of elections". The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications investigates and publicizes the status of candidates, the results of voting, the results of ballot counting, and national referendums on judges for the Supreme Court of Japan.
